A growing Liverpool tech team needs a capable, personable IT Support Technician. You'll be the go-to for first- and second-line support, helping colleagues get the most from their tech in a friendly, fast-moving environment.
What you'll be doing
- Handling first- and second-line support tickets
- Setting up and maintaining hardware and accounts
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
- Documenting fixes and improving processes
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in an IT support role
- Solid knowledge of Windows and common business tools
- Great communication and a helpful manner
- Relevant certifications a bonus
